Questions
Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. They order right on your website and pay with a card on Stripe's secure checkout page.
How do I get paid?
Payments go through Stripe into your own Stripe account, on Stripe's normal payout schedule. Stripe charges its standard card fee on each payment.
Can I use it for a shop, not just food?
Yes. The shop version has categories, product pages, sale prices and shipping. Stripe collects the delivery address at checkout.
How do I see new orders?
Open your order screen on a tablet or phone at the counter. New orders appear on their own, and you tap to mark them ready and picked up.
What happens to my customers' details?
We only keep a name for pickup and an optional note, encrypted where they're stored and erased after 30 days at most. Card details and emails stay with Stripe, and there are no ad trackers.
